On summer evenings, one of the most popular ways for Bolognese locals to escape the heat is to head into the hills, enjoy the cooler air, meet friends and end the day with an aperitivo surrounded by nature. This experience gives you the chance to enjoy Bologna just like a local.
Riding your Vespa, you will follow a scenic self-drive route at your own pace. You will reach San Michele in Bosco, one of the most beautiful viewpoints overlooking Bologna, before continuing along the winding roads of the hills, through green landscapes and panoramic spots away from the busiest tourist routes.
Travel at your own pace, stop whenever you wish and take photographs as the warm sunset light colours the city and the surrounding hills. Along the way, you will enjoy an aperitivo featuring local products and experience the atmosphere of a typical evening in Bologna.
On your way back, you will also reach the Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Luca, one of Bologna’s most iconic landmarks and an especially beautiful sight in the evening light.
More than just a Vespa tour, this is an invitation to experience a truly Bolognese tradition: leaving the city centre behind, heading into the hills and enjoying the sunset with freedom, good food and no need to rush.
Most of vehicles we rent are vintage and manual with the clutch and have the rear brake pedal. Our vehicles use a mixture of petrol and oil from 2% to 3% depending on the model. For those with no experience in the scooter with gears, we have 125 Vespa, which are automatic, comfortable and easy to drive, using unleaded petrol.
It is required to be expert in driving the scooter. We do not rent them to those with little experience or to those who have never driven a scooter (manual or automatic). The day of the rental, if we discover the client is not able to drive, we will apply a 100% penalty.

- Copy
• For Extra UE Citizen is required the international driving license.
