What to expect?

What can you see in Bologna? Our vibrant city is full of surprises and we can’t wait to show them all to you! During this bike tour of the historic centre you can explore it at a leisurely pace, in the company of our expert guides.

You'll discover the history of Bologna's famous arcades, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the city's most distinctive architectural element. In Piazza Maggiore you will stop to admire the unfinished facade of the Basilica di San Petronio, Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and Palazzo d'Accursio, currently hosting the Municipality of Bologna. Just a few steps away, the Archiginnasio Palace will surprise you with its beauty and history, which is closely linked to the University of Bologna.

The tour also includes a stop at the Two Towers and the nearby Jewish Ghetto with its cobbled streets. You will then cycle to the delightful Piazza Santo Stefano, overlooked by the Basilica Santo Stefano and to the Basilica San Domenico.

In addition, we can also stop by the ancient river port and the so-called Finestrella di Via Piella, where you will discover the history of Bologna's underground canals and other attractions of your choice.
