Until recent times, osterias were a point of reference for Bolognese artists and intellectuals, who would meet in front of a bottle of wine to discuss current affairs, politics and literature.

Although today there are far fewer of them, Bologna’s taverns retain that extraordinary atmosphere of conviviality that is hard to find elsewhere in the city, and that we would like you to experience first-hand during our tour.
